How long does a typical session last?

A typical session lasts around 1 hour per patient.

Can I message you via the NowServing app?

Yes, you can send me a message through the NowServing app once I already accepted your appointment. I will respond as soon as possible, within my clinic hours (Wednesday and Thursday, 5-8PM). For urgent concerns, you may send a message to the clinic secretary at 09171024952 (Viber).

Can I book a face to face consultation with you?

Do you issue Medical Certificates?

Yes. Take note that a medical certificate is a legal document affixed with my signature so there will be an additional charge of Php 500. Medical certificates are not part of insurance coverage and shall only be given for specific valid reasons and after the consultation.

What if the doctor does not respond within the guaranteed time?

Your request will be automatically cancelled by the system.

Do I need to pay first to get an appointment?

Yes, you will have to pay the fee before I will receive the request for the initial consultation. For subsequent sessions, you may choose to pay upon booking or after the session.
