How long does a typical session last?

Each session lasts approximately 45 minutes to 60 minutes.

Is there an Informed Consent required before the session?

Yes. The Informed Consent Form and Screening Forms will be sent before your appointment and must be completed in advance to avoid cancellations.

What is your policy on No-Shows and Late Arrivals?

Failure to attend without prior notice or arriving 10 minutes late may be considered a no-show. Payment for no-show appointments is non-refundable, and a new booking and payment may be required. Please notify us promptly of any technical difficulties or delays. We will determine whether the session can proceed within the remaining time or needs to be rescheduled.

What is your Cancellation Policy?

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment are non-refundable.

Do you accept Emergency Cases?

No. Our services are intended for non-emergency cases only. If you are experiencing an immediate crisis, are in immediate danger, or require urgent assistance, please proceed to the nearest hospital emergency department for immediate evaluation and care.

Which HMO's/Healthcards do you accept?

We currently do not accept HMO or health card payments. All consultations and psychological assessments are offered on a private, self-pay basis.
