Do you issue Medical Certificates?

YES Medical certificates/clearances are issued after a patient-doctor consultation. It cannot be backdated. We use a standard format for medical certificates/clearances/Fit To Work. Request to fill out certain forms/documents from outside of the Now Serving App will not be entertained. Clearance request to practice sports will not be entertained. Face to face consult is necessary for full assessment. Additional charges may apply.

Do I need to pay first to get an appointment?

Yes, you will have to pay the fee before I will receive the request.

How long do I need to wait to get a response to my booking request?

I usually respond within 1 hour from time of booking

What if the doctor does not respond within the guaranteed time?

Your request will be automatically cancelled by the system.

How long does a typical session last?

A typical session lasts around 15 minutes per patient. It can take longer depending on the case and needs of the patient.

Do you give senior citizen/PWD discount?

Yes. Make sure to upload a copy of your senior citizen/PWD card upon booking of your appointment.

Can I book a face to face consultation with you?

Can I message you via the NowServing app?

Yes, you can send me a message through the NowServing app once I already accepted your appointment. I have a personal secretary who manages my account as well. She will entertain your queries when I am unable to respond immediately.
