Yes. Take note that a medical certificate is a legal document affixed with my signature so there will be an additional charge of 200 pesos. Medical certificates are not part of insurance coverage and shall only be given for specific valid reasons and after the consultation.
Can I book a face to face consultation with you?
Yes, you may book an appointment for your face-to-face consultation through Eastcoast Medical and Diagnostics Clinic if you are residing near Cateel, Davao Oriental , or through Metro Davao Medical and Research Center Inc. if you are located near Davao City. You may also contact and coordinated with the secretary for the scheduling of your appointment.
