Can I message you via the NowServing app?

Yes, you can send me a message through the NowServing app once I already accepted your appointment. You will receive a reply as soon as possible.

What will happen to my payment if my appointment is cancelled or marked as "No Show"?

Fees shall be forfeited for cancelled appointments (less than 12 hours from the original schedule) and appointments marked as "No Show".

How long does a typical session last?

A typical session lasts around 40 to 60 minutes per patient. It can take longer depending on the case and needs of the patient.

What will happen if I miss my appointment?

An invite link with the date and time will be sent for you to confirm. Once confirmed, you may change your schedule at least 12 hours prior. Beyond that, confirmed appointments are considered final. If an appointment is missed, it will be marked as "No Show". "No show" can also mean (1) missing an appointment without prior notice, (2) cancelling an appointment less than 12 hours prior to the confirmed schedule, (3) coming late to the session.

What will happen if I'm late for my appointment?

There is a grace period of 15 minutes before you will be considered late. Once late for the session, it will be marked as "No Show" and your appointment may be cancelled.

Do you issue Medical Certificates?

Yes. Take note that a medical certificate is a legal document affixed with my signature so there will be an additional charge of 350 pesos. Medical certificates are not part of insurance coverage and shall only be given for specific valid reasons and after the consultation. Moreover, medical certificates issued are not for medico-legal purposes, as these certificates require forensic evaluations. Dr. Lacida does not offer online forensic evaluations.
