This is only a tele-consultation, as such examination will be VERY limited. I may advise you to seek consultation at the nearest emergency department for better assessment. Please be ready to answer several questions. A second person is needed to hold the camera and focus it on the patient (ex. chest, throat, etc) to facilitate physical examination by inspection.

What if the doctor does not respond within the guaranteed time?

For old patients / follow up questions, I will reply as soon as I read your message. But please do remember the warning signs I have discussed during the consultation. If warning signs occur and you have not received a reply from me, please go to the nearest Emergency Room. For new patients / consultations, please schedule an appointment first and wait for my confirmation prior to sending a personal message. If I am not able to confirm the appointment within 2 hours, you may opt to cancel and your payment will be refunded by Serious MD.
