What if the doctor does not respond within the guaranteed time?

For old patients / follow up questions, I will reply as soon as I read your message. But please do remember the warning signs I have discussed during the consultation. If warning signs occur and you have not received a reply from me, please go to the nearest Emergency Room. For new patients / consultations, please schedule an appointment first and wait for my confirmation prior to sending a personal message. If I am not able to confirm the appointment within 2 hours, you may opt to cancel and your payment will be refunded by Serious MD.
