Can I message you via the NowServing app?
Yes, you can send me a message after I have accepted and confirmed your appointment. I would highly appreciate it if you send relevant photos / labs 5-10 minutes before our appointment for my review.
You may also message me for follow up concerns. However, please do remember the warning signs I have discussed during the consultation. If warning signs occur and you have not received a reply from me, please do go to the nearest Emergency Room.
For new concerns / problems / symptoms unrelated to your previous consultation, please book a new appointment schedule prior to sending me a message. Thank you.
Which HMO's/Healthcards do you accept?
At this time, none.
Do you issue Medical Certificates?
Yes. Take note that a medical certificate is a legal document affixed with my signature. Medical certificates are not part of insurance coverage and shall only be given for specific valid reasons and after the consultation.
