Board-certified General Surgeon with a subspecialty in cancer Surgery (Surgical Oncology) and Upper GI (esophagus, stomach, duodenum) Surgery. I treat patients with tumors in the breast, thyroid, skin, soft-tissue and gastrointestinal tract. Aside from cancer, I do general surgery cases such as sebaceous cysts, skin tags, hemorrhoids, incision and drainage as well as minimally invasive (small incision) surgery for gallstones and appendicitis. I had further training locally and internationally in diseases of the esophagus, stomach and duodenum for both cancerous and noncancerous diseases such as achalasia, GERD, Peptic Ulcer Disease and caustic ingestions.

Yes, I do. But, it depends on the case, whether it is appropriate or not.
What kind of patients do you see?
You can consult with me for general surgery concerns such as abdominal pain, gallstones, hemorrhoids or hernias. More importantly, I see patients with solid organ tumors, such as breast and thyroid masses, stomach/esophageal conditions, skin or soft-tissue tumors and colon cancer. I particularly specialize in Upper GI conditions such as cancers of the esophagus, stomach and duodenum as well as benign surgical conditions like Achalasia and GERD.
