Dr. Perez is an adult neurologist and a sleep specialist. She diagnose, treat and manage disorders of the brain and spinal cord, peripheral nerves and muscles, as well as sleep disorders. Common reasons for a neurological consult include, but are not limited to, headaches, pain, dizziness, numbness or tingling sensation, weakness or movement problems, confusion or memory problems. On the other hand, sleep complaints may include difficulty in sleeping, excessive sleepiness, snoring and other breathing problems during sleep, or unusual movement or behavior during sleep.

How long does a typical session last?
A typical session lasts around 45 minutes to 1 hour per new patient. Follow-up sessions may last around the same time or shorter depending on the needs of the patient.
Which HMO's/Healthcards do you accept?
I am not affiliated with any HMOs. You may inquire with your HMO regarding reimbursement of your consultation fees.
Do you issue Medical Certificates?
Yes, I may issue a medical certificate per patient's request given that I have seen him/her for at least 2 times. Medical certificates shall only be given for specific valid reasons and after the consultation.
