Dr. Dominique Tomacruz-Amante is a board-certified internist, general nephrologist, and transplant nephrologist practicing in Metro Manila. She completed her fellowship in General Nephrology at the University of the Philippines–Philippine General Hospital and advanced subspecialty training in Transplant Nephrology at the University of Chicago. Her practice focuses on the prevention, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic kidney disease, hypertension, glomerular diseases, dialysis, and kidney transplantation. She provides comprehensive care for kidney transplant candidates and recipients, from pre-transplant evaluation through long-term post-transplant follow-up. In addition to her clinical practice, Dr. Tomacruz-Amante serves on the Kidney Transplant Committee of the Philippine Society of Nephrology and is a member of the International Society of Nephrology, the American Society of Nephrology, and the American Society of Transplantation. She previously served on the ISN OSEA Regional Board and as a Visual Abstract Editor for several international nephrology journals.
