Do I need to pay first to get an appointment?

Yes, you will have to pay the fee before I will receive the request. The consultation fee includes only the following: completing an intake form detailing personal information, previous psychological and/or medical records, exploring present concerns, and providing recommendations to manage endorsed concerning symptoms. If you request a certificate of appearance, an additional fee of PhP200.00 applies.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, kindly provide a 3-hour notice. Cancellations made with less than 3 hours notice will require a 50% payment of the scheduled service as a cancellation fee. No-shows may be charged the full amount of the appointment. A 15-minute grace period is given before the appointment will be tagged as a No-Show. This is to give sufficient time for the next clients to endorse their concerns.

How long does a typical session last?

A typical session lasts around 40 minutes per client. It can take longer depending on the case and the needs of the client.
