Do I need to pay first to get an appointment?

Yes, you will have to pay the fee before I will receive the request. The consultation fee includes only the following: completing an intake form detailing personal information, previous psychological and/or medical records, exploring present concerns, and providing recommendations to manage endorsed concerning symptoms. If you request a certificate of appearance, an additional fee of PhP200.00 applies.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, kindly provide a 3-hour notice. Cancellations made with less than 3 hours notice will require a 50% payment of the scheduled service as a cancellation fee. No-shows may be charged the full amount of the appointment. A 15-minute grace period is given before the appointment will be tagged as a No-Show. This is to give sufficient time for the next clients to endorse their concerns.

How long does a typical session last?

A typical session lasts around 40 minutes per client. It can take longer depending on the case and the needs of the client.

Can I book a schedule today?

Yes. As long as there is an available schedule, requests for appointments will be accommodated. Please note that it has to be booked two hours in advance. If not accepted within two hours, your request will be automatically cancelled by the system.

Do you issue Medical Certificates?

No, I do not issue Medical Certificates. However, I can provide a Certificate of Appearance to confirm the online appointment. Please review the following guidelines regarding their issuance: Purpose – A Certificate of Appearance serves only as proof that a client attended the online consultation on a specific date. It does not indicate any medical diagnosis, treatment, or recommendation for rest or leave. Eligibility – The certificate is issued only to a client who attended an online consultation. Request Process – A client may request a Certificate of Appearance at the time of visit or within 2 days after their appointment. Limitations – This document cannot be used as a substitute for a medical certificate and does not justify absence from work, school, or other obligations unless explicitly accepted by the requesting party.
