Can I book a schedule today?

We will try our best to accommodate you on the same day as your booking request. The furthest schedule we can give you is the day after the booking request on the Doctor's indicated clinic hours.

How long do I need to wait to get a response to my booking request?

Please allow us 24 hours from the time of booking request to respond to you.

It's past my appointment time, is the consultation still going to proceed?

If, for any reason, the appointment time was not met by the patient, she/he is given only one chance to reschedule the clinic appointment to a preferred time according to the Doctor's clinic hours.
