Dr. Eleonor Asuncion

Medical and Procedural Dermatology. Laser. Cosmetic Dermatology Dr. Eleonor B. Asuncion received her medical degree with honors at San Beda College of Medicine (SBCM) in 2006 and pre-medical degree, BS Chemical Engineering, at the University of the Philippines – Diliman Quezon City in 2002. Following medical school, she completed her medical internship at University of the Philippines, Philippine General Hospital in 2007 and subsequently passed the medical board on the same year. Dr. Elle, as she is fondly called by her patients, completed her residency in dermatology at St. Luke’s Medical Center Quezon City, an accredited Philippine Dermatological Society Training Institution in December 2011. She became board certified dermatologist the following year and subsequently became an active fellow of the Philippine Dermatological Society. She is a member of the International Society of Dermatology, Philippine Medical Association and Antipolo Medical Society. Dr. Elle’s practice concentrates on both medical and procedural dermatology. She is an expert in both adult and pediatric skin, hair and nail disorders. All skin, hair and nail conditions including eczema, skin growths, contact dermatitis, psoriasis, detection and treatment of skin cancers. She is an expert in injections of Botulinum Toxin for facial wrinkles and excessive sweating, injection of dermal fillers, fractional CO2 laser for skin tightening and acne scars, laser treatment for hair removal, and management of hyper pigmentation i.e. melasma. She continually improves her Dermatology and procedural skills by regularly attending training, conferences and seminars locally and internationally to keep her updated with the current trends in medical, procedural and cosmetic dermatology. “Before I entered medical school, my parents have always said that they could not afford sending me to medical school, through prayers and hard work I earned a scholarship in San Beda College of Medicine, and worked my way through residency in St. Luke’s Medical Center…Being a doctor, for me has always been my passion to serve the underprivileged and to be an instrument of healing to all patients private or government or the indigent alike.
