No, payment is after the consultation.
Do you issue Medical Certificates?
Yes. Take note that a medical certificate is a legal document affixed with my signature so there will be an additional charge of Php 200. Medical certificates are not part of insurance coverage and shall only be given for specific valid reasons and after the consultation.
Can I message you via the NowServing app?
Yes, you can send me a message through the NowServing app once I already accepted your appointment. However, Dra. Guia is not so active in opening SeriousMD/ NowServing during non-clinic hours.
