Dr. Evangeline Paez moved to Unit 202 Medical Bldg, PBM (Philippine Band of Mercy) Compound, 22 East Avenue, QC, (same compound as Smile Train Philippines), and has rebranded as E DENTAL WELLNESS - adapting to the holistic dental wellness we now offer our patients.

Yes. Take note that a medical certificate is a legal document affixed with my signature so there will be an additional charge.
