Can I message you via the NowServing app?

Yes, you can send me a message through the NowServing app once I already accepted your appointment. You will receive a reply as soon as possible.

Do you issue Medical Certificates?

Yes. Take note that a medical certificate is a legal document affixed with my signature so there will be an additional charge of ₱150.00. Medical certificates are not part of insurance coverage and shall only be given for specific valid reasons and after the consultation.

Can I message you on your social media accounts?

No. Please keep all consult-related questions here on this platform. For any new concerns, please book another appointment.

Do I need to pay first to get an appointment?

Yes, you will have to pay the fee before I will receive the request. The consultation fee includes only the following: examining the patient regarding the complaint, giving the correct diagnosis, and giving the appropriate management/prescription. There will be additional fees charges to you for any additional services offered during the consultation, including writing, filling-up and/or signing of other medical records such as a Medical Certificate or an SSS Form.

Can I book a schedule today?

Yes. As long as there is an available schedule, requests for appointments will be immediately accommodated. If not accepted within 6 hours, your request will be automatically cancelled by the system.

Do you accept international patients?

Yes. However, consultations for the international patients will be limited to professional Medical Advice and Wellness Talks as our license numbers are not valid for medication prescription in any other country.

How much is the consultation?

New Patients = ₱400.00 | Existing Patients and Follow-up Consults = ₱300.00 | Senior Citizens and PWD = ₱320.00 (less 20%) | Medical Certificate = ₱150.00

Do you accept Dental consults or issue Dental Certificates?

No. Medical doctors (MDs) do not conduct dental consultations or issue dental certificates because dentistry is a completely distinct, legally separated branch of medicine requiring a separate license. For tooth/gum issues, please visit a Dental Clinic near you.

How long does a typical session last?

A typical session lasts around 10-20 minutes per patient. It can take longer depending on the case and needs of the patient.
