Do you issue Medical Certificates?

Yes, if requested and only after regular follow-up consultations and not on the first consultation. Additional charge may apply.

What is your cancellation policy?

All payments made are non-refundable once your scheduled appointment has been confirmed. You may choose to have your schedule moved to another date or time (depending on availability) but you must do so AT LEAST 48 hours prior to your original scheduled appointment. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of your payment.

Can I reschedule my appointment?

You may ask to reschedule your appointment, depending on the availability of slots on your new preferred date. However, please make sure to do so AT LEAST 48 hours prior to your original scheduled appointment. If not, you will have to book another appointment and forfeit your original payment.

Important Notice: Professional Fee Adjustment

Dear Valued Patients,

We want to inform you of an upcoming adjustment to our professional service fees, effective August 8, 2025. This will allow us to maintain our standards of care and ensure sustainable, long-term availability of our services.

Beginning August 8, 2025, our consultation fees will be updated as follows:

  • Follow-up consultations: Php 1600
  • Medical Certificates: Php 500
  • Prescription Refills: Php 650

Any appointments already scheduled before August 8, 2025 will honor current pricing.
