Hello! I am Frances May Chua-Oledan, a licensed psychologist and psychometrician in the Philippines. I would be glad to be part of your journey to improve your mental health through seeking consultation. As a mental health practitioner, I aim to aid people with psychological difficulties by providing counseling and psychotherapy services. I desire to be of help to the best of my abilities in understanding my client’s situations and feelings and guiding them toward resolving their problems. Please note, though, that the consultations I render are outpatient and on an appointment basis. Aside from doing therapy, I am affiliated with a clinic that specializes in Forensic Psychology. We provide psychological assessment and evaluation for neuropsychological, educational, and court-related (e.g., nullity of marriage, VAWC, adoption, custody) purposes. These kinds of evaluations are done onsite and at different fees/rates.

Do you issue Medical Certificates?

No. However, I can provide you with an equivalent Certification, if necessary. This document confirms that a consultation was conducted.

What is your cancellation policy?

Clients must strictly comply with the agreed schedule of sessions. A grace period of 15 minutes will be permitted for unforeseen delays you may encounter, but beyond this will count as an automatic cancellation and will not be eligible for refunds. In case you cannot come to the agreed session, kindly inform me 24 hours before the set appointment.

Can I book a schedule today?

Yes, you can. Please note, though, that consultation is by appointment only. As long as there is an available schedule, requests for appointments will be immediately accommodated. If you have a preferred time of consultation, kindly let me know by messaging me through the NowServing app. I'll approve the request as long as the slot is still open and it's within the clinic hours.
