Ms. Francesca Marie Egay earned her Bachelor of Elementary Education, Major in Special Education, from DLSU-D and completed her Master of Science in Clinical Psychology at DLSU. She has experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and neurodivergent individuals, supporting clients dealing with: - Childhood trauma - Sexual abuse/trauma - Attachment and relationship issues - Depression and anxiety - Emotional dysregulation - Self-esteem concerns - School or workplace difficulties - Grief She offers non-discriminatory psychosocial support to clients of any age, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, or religion. Her services include: - Counseling and psychotherapy - Mental health certificate (school/work/personal purposes) - Psychological assessment (psychological fitness and/or diagnosis) She also offers virtual consultations through her private practice and face-to-face sessions at an affiliated clinic in Biñan, Laguna.

How long does a typical session last?
A typical session lasts 45-60 minutes per client, depending on the case and the client's needs.
What if I missed my appointment?
I understand that unexpected things can happen, and I allow a 15-minute grace period. However, sessions that are no-shows or cases where there is no reply via text or messages are non-refundable, as the reserved time slot could have been offered to another client who may need support. Clients are strongly encouraged to message me in advance if they wish to reschedule.
Do you issue Medical Certificates?
No, but I do issue mental health certificates. Please note that a mental health certificate is a legal document affixed with my signature, so an additional charge will apply. This certificate is not part of insurance coverage and shall only be given for specific valid reasons and after the consultation.
