How do I get a schedule with you?

Please contact Ms. Aileen at 0966 801 1979 for scheduling of face-to-face or teleconsultation (via viber call/video call).

Do you have clinic schedules on weekends?

Yes! Our clinic doors (The Medical City MATI 713) are open every SATURDAY from 9AM to 12PM to accommodate our hardworking parents/guardians who are very busy during the week.

Can I message you via the NowServing app?

Do you issue Medical Certificates?

Yes. Please do take note that a medical certificate is a legal document affixed with my signature, so there will be an additional charge. Medical certificates are not part of insurance coverage and shall only be given for specific valid reasons and after the consultation.

How long do I need to wait to get a response to my booking request?

As soon as we receive your booking request, a response will be immediately sent back to you via mobile/email.

Are you affiliated with any hospital/s?

Yes. I am affiliated with The Medical City Ortigas for inpatient admissions.

Can I book a face to face consultation with you?
