Do you issue special/yellow prescriptions?

Yes, I issue special prescriptions for regulated medications if needed in the treatment. However, pharmacies require a triplicate and hand written prescription for regulated medications hence you may coordinate with me your contact details and address for me to send the prescription to you. The patient will shoulder the delivery expenses. For patients outside Metro Manila, I usually require a payment of 200 pesos inclusive of courier and service fee.

What happens if I don't show up to the scheduled appointment booking?

Once appointment is confirmed, please inform us immediately if there are any issues with your schedule. Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy: I allow a 15 minute grace period for new patients and 10 minutes for follow-up patients to enter the consult room. However, if you are unable to attend the appointment without prior notice, I give a free rebooking schedule. However, it is subject to my availability. If you fail to attend the rebooking schedule, it is considered cancelled and no refund will be given.

Can I message you via the NowServing app?

Yes, If you have URGENT concerns, you may send a message via the NowServing App. Please note that responses to queries will be provided during clinic hours (Monday to Friday 5:30 to 11 pm; Saturday to Sunday 8 am - 5 pm). There is no assurance that I will reply since I also work during office hours. However, if it is an EMERGENCY (Suicide, Overdose), we recommend that you go to an Emergency Room instead.

Do I need to pay first to get an appointment?

Yes, you will have to pay the fee before I will receive the request. The consultation fee includes only the following: examining the patient regarding the complaint, giving the correct diagnosis, and giving the appropriate management/prescription. There will be additional fees charges to you for any additional services offered during the consultation.

How long does a typical session last?

A typical session lasts around 45-60 minutes for first consults, and 30-45 minutes for follow up consults. It can take longer depending on the case and needs of the patient.

Do you issue Medical Certificates?

Yes. However, issuance of medical certificate along with the recommendations will still be upon my clinical discretion. Further, medical certificates shall only be given for specific valid reasons and after the consultation. Medical certificates and other related documents are legal documents hence I charge 500 to 1,000 pesos depending on the document requested. Once medical certificate is sent, no more editing and additional medical certificate will be issued and you must book another appointment.

Do you cater to legal cases?

No, my services are only limited to clinical services which include diagnosis and treatment.
