Is there an Informed Consent before the session?

Yes. The informed consent and intake forms will be sent to you once you have an agreed upon schedule with your psychologist. Please accomplish it at the latest one hour before the session to avoid cancellation/rescheduling of the session.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations may be made at the latest 3 hours before the session. If cancellation is done after, only 50% refund may be given. This is to respect the time and preparation for the psychologist.

No Show Policy

No Shows will be tagged once the client did not go to the agreed schedule for 15 minutes. No show will lead to forfeiture of your payment as to respect the psychologist's time.

Do you issue Medical Certificates?

Yes. Take note that a psychological certificate is a legal document affixed with my signature so there will be an additional charge depending on the purpose. Medical/psychological certificates are not part of insurance coverage and shall only be given for specific valid reasons and after the consultation. If client’s sole reason for consult is just for certificate of clearance for school or work, please see another specialist. Please do note that any Certificate needs more than 1 session and assessment may be necessary for such (additional fees may apply).
