Frequently Asked Questions

Do you issue Medical Certificates?

No, I do not issue a medical certificate. However, in cases where the issuance of a certificate is necessary, I would be able to issue a Mental Fitness Certificate (MFC) detailing the client's current capacity for work and additional remarks/ recommendations made during the assessment. Note that a MFC could only be issued after a mental health consult or a psychological assessment has been conducted. Requesting for an MCF entails an additional charge of PhP300.

Can I book a schedule today?

Yes. As long as there is an available schedule, you could book a slot with me. However, please note that there is a limited schedule for on-the-day/ walk-in appointments. Kindly book your sessions in advance so that your preferred day and timeslot could be promptly reserved.

What happens when I arrive late or incur an absence in my scheduled session?

All mental health sessions will start and end on time. As there may be other clients scheduled after your appointment, please note that it would be necessary to stick to your timeslot. Clients who arrive late may not be provided with time extensions beyond their scheduled slot. Only appointments rescheduled 48 hours prior to the session shall be accepted. Unnotified absences shall automatically incur a non-refundable forfeiture of the total booking fee.
