Do I need to pay first to get an appointment?

Yes. It is a common practice in the medical field to charge a consultation fee before the actual consult as this helps to cover the cost associated to providing medical service. In addition, this also is a confirmation that patient is willing to show up during the appointment. This kind of practice helps avoid wasting time and resources on both the doctor and patient side.

How long do I need to wait to get a response to my booking request?

I accept booking as soon as I see them. If the clinic does not respond within 24-48 hours, the booking is cancelled. Once voided, the refund process will begin. The patient will be refunded the total amount (consultation fee and service fee). You may reach out your concerns to support@nowserving.ph

How much is the consultation?

The range is P240-300. It varies by patient type (new patients, existing patients, PWDs, senior citizens). Prices may be changed at any time without further notice.

Do you issue Medical Certificates?

Yes. Take note that a medical certificate/clearance is a legal document affixed with my signature so there will be an additional charge of 150 pesos paid personally through my Gcash/bank account. Medical certificates/clearance shall only be given for specific valid reasons and after the consultation.
