Do I need to pay first to get an appointment?

Yes. For both online and face-to-face consultations, a patient has to pay the fee before consultation request will be accepted. FOR ONLINE PATIENTS, payment is made through the NowServing Payment wall. FOR FACE-TO-FACE PATIENTS, payment instructions through the app will be given once booking request will be made. A consultation request will remain pending until payment will be completed. Payment can also be done at the clinic if a patient prefers to book an appointment on-site. It is worthy to note that there will be no same day consultation as all consults are strictly on an appointment and pay first policy basis.

Do you issue Medical Certificates?

Yes I do but not for medico-legal purposes. Only certificates for work and school purposes will be released and not on the initial assessment. This is only done after consult, upon request and must be thoroughly discussed with the patient.

It's past my appointment time, is the consultation still going to proceed?

Once an appointment is accepted and set, the time will be devoted to the said patient. Unfortunately, if a patient could not make it to her/his at most 15 minutes for whatever reasons, and was not able to inform ahead, it will no longer proceed. Refund is also not possible. However, if a patient is able to inform at least 2 hours prior, rescheduling/ refund-re-booking may be done.
