Do you issue Medical Certificate for refund (and any other similar) purposes?

No. Respectfully suggesting an in-person consultation instead.

How can I contact Doc Gel?

Doc Gel is logged-in 24/7, and will be able to respond to messages sent thru the app. This is to ensure that Doc Gel can refer to your existing records when answering your inquiries, and for continuity of medical care.

Can I book an appointment for someone else?

Yes. The platform allows telemedicine consultations via teleconference (link to join video call provided) for instances when the person booking for an appointment and the actual patient are not physically together. This is only possible if both parties have reliable internet access.

Can I request for a HARD COPY of the issued documents (prescription, diagnostic request form, referral, medical certificate, clearance)?

Since consultations are held online (telemedicine; remotely), it follows that documents issued will be in SOFT COPY form only. Patients may have the documents printed themselves. Validation instructions are provided in medical certificates and clearances.

I am currently in another country. Can I book an appointment with Doc Gel?

Yes. However, there is no guarantee that the documents issued with our Philippine license will be honored elsewhere. Will we issue a prescription, instructions, diagnostic request, and/or medical certificate? Yes.

Which cases do you handle?

Do you issue Medical Certificates?

Yes (School, Work, Miscellaneous Activity/Participation, etc.). Documents required for the application of PWD ID are advised to seek consult with the respective specialist handling your case.

Can patients request for the number of days rest indicated in the medical certificate?

The number of days recommended for rest/treatment/observation±isolation will be based on the nature of the case and circumstances, as well as existing protocols/guidelines.

Can I book a face to face consultation with you?

Dr. Cera only holds telemedicine consultations in this platform, and refers as deemed necessary.
