Giselle Marie Tioleco - Ver, MD, FPDS, or Dr. Giselle, is a dermatologist based in Manila and Pampanga who was trained to treat both aesthetic and pathologic skin conditions. She has a subspecialty in Photodermatology, treating conditions such as psoriasis, vitiligo, and cutaneous lymphoma by using UV light. She is board-certified by the Philippine Dermatological Society and hold clinics at St. Luke’s Medical Center – Global City, Refinity Dermatology and Laser Clinic (Pasig City) and City of San Fernando, Pampanga. She is also a consultant and head of the Photodermatology Division at the UP-Philippine General Hospital Department of Dermatology.

How do I request the LOA?
You have to request it online thru your HMO website or thru your HR in the office. They will give you a letter once consultation with Dr. Giselle Ver has been approved. You can also request thru St. Luke's Medical Center website - they have an online HMO concierge there.
