How long do I need to wait to get a response to my booking request?

Depending on the volume of patients typically you should receive a response from me or my secretary within the hour.

How long does a typical session last?

Typically each teleconsult lasts 15 to 20mins, depending on the health concerns. We still try to entertain questions and concerns even after the end of the teleconsult.

Which HMO's/Healthcards do you accept?

Unfortunately, we are still ongoing accreditation, and cannot accept HMO's/Healthcards at this time. Please send us a message for other billing concerns

Do you issue Medical Certificates?

Yes. *Please be aware that laboratory & radiologic examinations are required for certain circumstances such as "fit to work"

Can I message you via the NowServing app?

Certainly yes! We typically screen health concerns via NowServing prior to the actual teleconsult.

Can I book a schedule today?
