How long do I need to wait to get a response to my booking request?
I accept bookings as soon as I see them. Please schedule an appointment at least one day prior. If the clinic does not respond within 24-48 hours, the booking is cancelled. Once voided, the refund process will begin. The patient will be refunded the total amount (consultation fee and service fee). The length of time the funds will return to them is dependent on the mode of payment. You may reach out your concerns to support@nowserving.ph
Do I need to pay first to get an appointment?
For ONLINE consult, yes. It is common for medical practices to charge a consultation fee before since it is used to confirm that a patient is committed to their appointment and will show up. This helps the practice avoid allocating time and resources to missed appointments. For an IN-PERSON consult, the payment is after the clinic consultation. You may book first here without charge. Thank you for understanding.
