How long do I need to wait to get a response to my booking request?

I accept bookings as soon as I see them. Please schedule an appointment at least one day prior. If the clinic does not respond within 24-48 hours, the booking is cancelled. Once voided, the refund process will begin. The patient will be refunded the total amount (consultation fee and service fee). The length of time the funds will return to them is dependent on the mode of payment. You may reach out your concerns to support@nowserving.ph

Do I need to pay first to get an appointment?

For ONLINE consult, yes. It is common for medical practices to charge a consultation fee before since it is used to confirm that a patient is committed to their appointment and will show up. This helps the practice avoid allocating time and resources to missed appointments. For an IN-PERSON consult, the payment is after the clinic consultation. You may book first here without charge. Can I message you via the NowServing app?

Yes. Do take note that it may take some time for me to get back to you with a response. Rest assured though, I will get back to you as soon as possible. Do you prescribe S2-requiring medications?

Yes, if warranted, after your consultation with the neurologist.

Do you issue Medical Certificates?

A medical certificate can be requested and is appropriately given AFTER a consultation. This is to address first your neurological concern and then to document the plan of management and recommendations in the medical certificate. Since a medical certificate is a legal document, it is associated with a charge of P300 to protect its authenticity and prevent its abuse. Government-related certification (SSS, PWD, etc) is also allowed upon request. Kindly ask for an official form at the TMC reception.

Do you do neuropsychiatric evaluation for work clearances?

No, there are DOH accredited facilities that are allowed to issue those kind of evaluation.

What payment methods are available?

For online payments through the NowServing platform, the primary payment channels include Paymaya, GCash, and card payments via Visa/Mastercard. For in-person/clinic consults, payment is via cash, Gcash, and major credit/debit cards. Do note that all neurologists are not affiliated with any HMO.

Which HMO's/Healthcards do you accept?

All Neurologists in the country are not affiliated with any HMO coverage or health card. Requested diagnostics by the doctor (ex. labs, imaging scans), however, may be covered by your respective HMOs. Kindly message or call your HMO to confirm.
