Yes face to face schedule St lukes qc rm 438 Mon wed sat 2-6pm ( Fridays by appointment on 1st 2nd and 4th of the month) Bgc rm 511 tth 2-6pm ( 1st Tuesday 10-6) (3rd Friday 1-5) other Fridays may be at qc or bgc depends on appointment schedules

Do I need to pay first to get an appointment?

You may schedule an appointment without paying but u must pay before actual consultation is entertained. Or send a Signed by patient LOA from HMO

What if the doctor does not respond within the guaranteed time?
