Unfortunately, I am not accepting HMO's/healthcards for the mean time.
Do you issue Medical Certificates?
Yes, medical certificates are issued to patients previously seen by me during their time of illness. However, please take note that a medical certificate is a legal document affixed with my signature so there will be an additional charge of 200 PHP. Please also note that medical certificates are not part of insurance coverage and shall only be given for specific valid reasons and after the consultation.
