Home visit fee is at 3,750.00php (less 20% for seniors, inclusive of consultation fee) for those within Metro Cebu (Cebu, Talisay, Mandaue, Lapu-Lapu, up to Danao in the North and Carcar in the South). For those outside of Metro Cebu, home visit fee will be 4500.00php (less 20% for seniors, inclusive of consultation fee).

Do you issue Medical Certificates?
Yes. Take note that a medical certificate is a legal document affixed with my signature so there will be an additional charge of 150.00 php. Medical certificates are not part of insurance coverage and shall only be given for specific valid reasons and after the consultation.
