Do I need to pay first to get an appointment?
Yes, you will have to pay the fee before the consultation can proceed. Payment is inclusive of history taking, diagnosis, and management plan as well as requested documents (ex. medical certificate, prescription, referral, laboratory and imaging requests).
Can I book a schedule today?
Yes. As long as there is an available schedule, requests for appointments will be accommodated. Please give me 2-3 hours to respond. If not accepted within 24 hours, your request will be automatically cancelled by the system.
Do you issue Medical Certificates?
Yes. Take note that a medical certificate is a legal document affixed with my signature therefore requests for backdating and requesting a certain number of rest days not congruent to diagnosis will not be tolerated.
