Can I book a schedule today?

Yes. As long as there is an available schedule, requests for appointments will be immediately accommodated. If not accepted within 24hours, your request will be automatically cancelled by the system.

Do you issue Medical Certificates?

Yes. Take note that a medical certificate is a legal document affixed with my signature so there will be an additional charge of Php 500 for each medical certificate sent. Medical certificates are not part of insurance coverage and shall only be given for specific valid reasons and after the consultation. All my medical certificates cannot be used for medico-legal purposes.

How long do I need to wait to get a response to my booking request?

The clinic staff typically responds to appointment requests within 1-2 hours. Please be patient.

Do I need to pay first to get an appointment?

Yes, you will have to pay the fee before I will receive the request. The consultation fee includes only the following: examining the patient regarding the complaint, giving the correct diagnosis, and giving the appropriate management/prescription. There will be additional fees charges to you for any additional services offered during the consultation.

Can I book a face to face consultation with you?

Since the physical clinic is in Bataan, only patients from Bataan can book an in-person consultation.

What platform is used during the online consultation?

Your NowServing app will be used for your online consultation. Please see to it that you are logged in and the app is open 10 to 15 minutes before your scheduled time.

How long does a typical session last?

A typical session lasts around 30 minutes to 45 minutes per patient. It can take longer depending on the case and needs of the patient.

Can you send a hard copy of the prescription or medical certificate?

Yes, but client will shoulder the shipping fee. The client is also the one responsible in tracking the document once it has been shipped.
