This online clinic provides consultation for patients with kidney-related conditions such as chronic kidney disease (CKD), hypertension, electrolyte disorders, glomerular diseases, kidney stones, and other renal concerns. Services include evaluation and management of patients on dialysis (hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis), as well as pre-transplant assessment and post-kidney transplant follow-up care. Patients may consult for initial evaluation, follow-up visits, interpretation of laboratory and diagnostic results, medication review, and counseling on kidney disease prevention and management. The goal is to provide accessible, patient-centered kidney care through safe and secure teleconsultation.
