Do I need to pay first to get an appointment?

Yes, you will have to pay the fee before I will receive the request. The consultation fee includes only the following: examining the patient regarding the complaint, giving the correct diagnosis, and giving the appropriate management/prescription. There will be additional fees charges to you for any additional services offered during the consultation like vaccination, ear cleaning, and wound dressing.

Can I book a schedule today?

Absolutely! As long as there is an open slot, we will be happy to accommodate you right away. For in-clinic visits, our clinic hours is 8:00 AM to 11:30 AM. To help us manage the flow and ensure your slot, feel free to add your expected arrival time to your request. If you are booking an online consult, please let us know your preferred time during our ONLINE clinic hours. Since our daily cut-off in in-clinic visit is 11:30 AM, booking ahead is always best. Just a reminder: the system automatically cancels any requests not confirmed within 24 hours.

Do you issue Medical Certificates?

Yes. Take note that a medical certificate is a legal document affixed with my signature so there will be an additional charge. Medical certificates are not part of insurance coverage and shall only be given for specific valid reasons and after the consultation.
