Do you have any rules regarding the rescheduling and no-show of appointments?
Rescheduling should be done at least 2 days before the scheduled appointment. A patient is considered a no-show if they do not go online within the 10-minute grace period. The fee is non-refundable for no-show patients, and a new booking is required for another appointment.
Do I handle suicide-related concerns?
Yes. I have specialized training and experience in managing suicide-related cases. I help clients develop coping strategies, safety plans, and provide therapeutic interventions to address underlying issues such as depression, trauma, or hopelessness.
What should I do if I or someone I know is having suicidal thoughts?
