Do you have any rules regarding the rescheduling and no-show of appointments?
Rescheduling should be done at least 2 days before the scheduled appointment. A patient is considered a no-show if they do not go online within the 15-minute grace period. The fee is non-refundable for no-show patients, and a new booking is required for another appointment.
