Frequently Asked Questions

Do you have any rules regarding the rescheduling and no-show of appointments?

Rescheduling must be done at least two days before the scheduled appointment. A patient will be considered a no-show if they fail to go online within the 10-minute grace period. The fee is non-refundable for no-shows or for rescheduling made less than two days before the appointment, and a new booking will be required for another session.

How does the psychological assessment process work and how much does it cost?

The process begins with an initial consultation, conducted in person at my physical clinics, where background information and presenting concerns are discussed. This session helps determine the most appropriate type of psychological assessment and the tools to be used. The consultation fee is separate from the psychological assessment fee. Assessment fees vary depending on the case type and complexity, such as: (1) Neurodevelopmental Assessments for ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder, (2) Adoption Cases, (3) Juvenile Delinquency, (4) Evaluations for Cases involving Violence Against Women and their Children. The total cost and duration will be discussed after the consultation, once the specific assessment requirements are identified.

How can I obtain a Mental Health Certificate?

You will first undergo an initial consultation with me, where I evaluate your psychological well-being through an interview and, if necessary, assessments. Based on the results, I will provide a Mental Health Certificate for employment, academic, or institutional requirements. Please be advised that the certificate has a separate payment from the consultation.
