Do I need to pay first to get an appointment?

Consultation fees may be required prior to confirmation of your appointment, depending on the platform policy.

How long does a typical session last?

Consultations typically last around 15–30 minutes, depending on the concern.

Can I book a schedule today?

Appointments are accommodated based on availability. Requests not confirmed within 10am-9pm will be automatically cancelled.

What if the doctor does not respond within the guaranteed time?

If there are any delays, you will be notified accordingly. In case of urgent concerns, it is best to seek immediate in-person medical care.

Which HMO's/Healthcards do you accept?

At the moment, consultations are on a private pay basis. HMO or health card coverage is not currently accepted.

Can I book a face to face consultation with you?

Yes, face-to-face consultations can be arranged depending on availability. We can discuss this further during your consultation.

Do you issue Medical Certificates?

Medical certificates are issued only when medically appropriate. An additional fee of ₱250 applies and is not covered by insurance.

How long do I need to wait to get a response to my booking request?

Booking requests are usually reviewed within the day. You will be notified once your schedule is confirmed.

Can I message you via the NowServing app?

Yes, messaging is available through the NowServing app for booked patients. This ensures proper documentation and continuity of care.
