A typical session lasts around [15~20] minutes per patient. It can take longer depending on the case and needs of the patient.

What is the "Reason for Booking / Chief Complaint" field for?

It is a concise statement describing the symptom, problem, condition, diagnosis, physician-recommended return, or other valid reason for a medical encounter. Please be advised that putting "Medical Certificate" as a reason or Chief Complaint isn't proper and doesn't guarantee to get one since it will depend on the details the doctor will extract during the consultation.

Do I need to pay first to get an appointment?

Yes, you will have to pay the fee before I will receive the request. Be advised that said fee is for my time which in turn you'll receive 100% of my ability to be of service. PLEASE be on time for your appointment or message me if you want to move your schedule. Also, kindly attend your appointment to avoid being tagged as "No Show" which is non-refundable.

How long do I need to wait to get a response to my booking request?

Yes. As long as there is an available schedule, requests for appointments will be immediately accommodated.
