"A steady hand through unsteady times." My primary focus is Child & Family Psychology, helping children, families, and individuals navigate emotional, behavioral, and relational concerns, as well as trauma-related experiences and major life transitions. I have a particular interest in supporting the families of OFWs and migrants, those left behind who carry the weight of distance, shifting family roles, and long-distance parenting. I also work closely with individuals facing workplace-related issues, including work-related stress, burnout, performance concerns, and difficulties adjusting to organizational or interpersonal challenges at work. My approach integrates Trauma-Informed Care and a Client-Centered Approach, combined with evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Positive Psychology. Rather than leading with diagnostic labels, I prioritize building genuine rapport and helping clients understand themselves more deeply, cope more effectively, and move toward meaningful, lasting growth. I do not prescribe or manage medications as they are the work of medical Doctors and Psychiatrists. My work is centered on providing non-medical, evidence-based psychological support through counseling, assessment, and therapeutic intervention. I continue to grow through ongoing professional development in trauma-informed practice, psychological assessment, and clinical intervention.
