Can I book a face to face consultation with you?

Yes, you may, with my clinic secretaries. I have clinic at St. Luke's Medical Center, Quezon City every Tuesday and Thursday 2-5pm at CHBC 806 North Tower, contact Welma 09996118254. I also have clinic at Manila Doctors Hospital every Monday and Wednesday 1-5pm at DSMT rm 302, contact Jo Ann 09535794333.

Do you issue Medical Certificates?

I only give a medical clearance or medical certificate after a teleconsultation. I also only give an e-prescription after a teleconsultation, if I deem it necessary. If the primary reason for consult is for medical clearance and/or certificate for an illness I didn’t see myself at the onset, an additional fee will be charged.

Do I need to pay first to get an appointment?

Yes, you will have to pay the fee before I will receive the request. The consultation fee includes only the following: examining the patient regarding the complaint, giving the correct diagnosis, and giving the appropriate management/prescription. There will be additional fees charges to you for any additional services offered during the consultation.
