What if the patient did not show up at the scheduled time?
If the patient does not show up at the scheduled time, it is considered a no-show. As a result, the booking fee will not be refunded. Please be aware of this policy when scheduling your appointment to avoid any inconvenience.
What happens if you cancel a scheduled consultation?
If you decide to cancel a confirmed consultation booking, please note that refunds will not be issued.
Do you issue Medical Certificates?
Yes. Take note that a medical certificate is a legal document affixed with my signature so there will be an additional charge. Medical certificates are not part of insurance coverage and shall only be given for specific valid reasons and after the consultation.
