Which HMO's/Healthcards do you accept?

HMO appointments are catered only in face to face consultation. The reason is that HMO companies set up protocols and requirements for consults and documents needed prior to accepting a consult request.

Can I book a schedule today?

YES, but please be reminded that our services do not cover emergency or urgent medical needs. Booked consultation requests must be approved and the time or schedule should be clarified and approved by both parties prior to virtual consultation.

How long does a typical session last?

Maximum of 1 hour per patient.

Do you issue Medical Certificates?

Digitally Yes! An additional fee of 100 Php should be paid via GCash, after which your digital medical certificate will be forwarded to your email account provided.

What if the doctor does not respond within the guaranteed time?

I am so sorry. There are a lot of reasons of why your request (s) is/are not accepted. First, maybe your health case is not appropriate for my specialty; second, maybe your doctor had a lot of scheduled patients on queue; third, technology related issues such as internet connection loss or electrical fall out and fourth, you might have not followed the proper steps in scheduling an appointment or miss to identify your specific concerns.
