It's past my appointment time or appointment day, is the consultation still going to proceed?

A strict 10-minute grace period will be followed. Clients that are late beyond the given grace period will count as an automatic cancellation of their consult and will not be eligible for refunds. If the client does not show up on the appointment date, the session will be automatically canceled, and no refund will be issued. If you want to reschedule your session, please inform me 24 hours before your scheduled time.

Do you issue Medical Certificates?

Yes, please note that a consultation certification is a document with my signature, so there is an additional fee of Php400.00. It's not covered by insurance and will only be issued for valid reasons after consultation. More so, the said certification is not valid for legal matter or medico-legal. Certificates will be provided after a mental health consultation, depending on the case.

Can I book a face to face consultation with you?

Unfortunately, I am only available for online consultations.

Do I need to pay first to get an appointment?

Yes, you will have to pay the fee before I will receive the request.

Can I message you via the NowServing app?

Yes, you can send me a message through the NowServing app once I already accepted your appointment. You will receive a reply as soon as possible.

Which HMO's/Healthcards do you accept?

I do not accept HMOs or healthcards. However, I can issue a service invoice for reimbursements.

How long does a typical session last?

A typical session lasts around 60 minutes per patient. It can take longer depending on the case and needs of the patient.
