Do you charge for follow-up consultations?

No. Pure follow-up consultation is free of charge. This is to ensure continuity and completeness of care.

Do you issue Medical Certificates?

Yes. Take note that a medical certificate is a legal document affixed with my signature, so there will be an additional charge of 500 pesos Medical certificates are not part of insurance coverage and shall only be given for specific valid reasons and after the consultation. Kindly indicate the need in the consultation request and pay accordingly.
