Do you issue Medical Certificates?

Yes, by request. Medical certificates are not part of insurance coverage and shall only be given for specific valid reasons and after the consultation. I issue a general medical health certificate. For pre-employment / pre-internship "mental health clearance", please submit a psychological evaluation report as part of your laboratory tests. For "psychiatric clearance", kindly book with a psychiatrist. Thank you.
