This clinic will cater to common adult diseases, i.e. neurologic complaints (stroke/migraine headaches/tension headaches), endocrine diseases (diabetes/hyperthyroidism/hypothyroidism), pulmonary diseases (pneumonia/COPD/bronchial asthma), gastrointestinal complaints (ulcer/hyperacidity, cholelithiasis), and urinary system complaints (urinary tract infection/nephrolothiasis). Adult cardiac conditions (heart diseases - “sakit sa puso”) will be of special interest in this clinic, since the medical doctor’s subspecialization is on adult cardiology.
During the consultation, the medical doctor will prescribe appropriate medications and will guide the patient on what steps to take to better manage his or her illness. Tests requested, medical procedures, and medical interventions will be thoughtfully explained to the patient and significant other or family. Regular follow-up check up (3 months/6 months/yearly) will depend on the patient’s condition.
