What is your policy about rescheduling and no show on the scheduled appointment?

Rescheduling: After your appointment is confirmed, please contact us immediately if you need to make any changes to your schedule. We require at least 24 hours' notice to accommodate rescheduling requests. Your new appointment will be scheduled based on the doctor's next available time slot. Important: Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your confirmed appointment will be processed as a cancellation, and no refund will be issued. No Show: You will be marked as a "No Show" if you fail to log in within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time. All fees paid for No Show appointments are non-refundable.

How long does a typical session last?

A typical session during the first consultation lasts around 40-50 minutes per patient, while follow-up consultations typically last around 20-30 minutes.

Do you issue Medical Certificates?

Yes, however, medical certificates cannot be used for medicolegal purposes. They shall only be given for specific valid reasons after the consultation. The issuance of a medical certificate depends on the consultation and assessment by the doctor and will come with an additional fee.

Which HMO's/Healthcards do you accept?

Dr Buenavente doesn't accept any HMO's or health cards. Thank you for understanding.
