I had my training and clinical rotations at Quirino Memorial Medical Center, East Avenue Medical Center, Makati Medical Center, and Chinese General Hospital and Medical Center. I offer the following services: Consultation with Medical Certificate, Vaccination Screening, Post-Vaccination Reaction Consultation, issuing of Fit-to-travel clearance/certificate, diagnostic or laboratory procedure requests, referral to hospitals or specialist doctors, and issuing of Fit-to-work clearance.
