Medical Certificates are issued by Medical Doctors (MDs). Instead, I issue Mental Health Certificate. Take note that just like a medical certificate, this document is a legal document affixed with my signature so there will be an additional charge of 350. Mental Health Certificates are not part of insurance coverage and shall only be given for specific valid reasons and after the consultation.
