Frequently Asked Questions

Can I message you via the NowServing app?

Yes, I’m happy to answer quick questions! Just a quick note, full consultations aren’t available through the Now Serving App. Usually, I recommend scheduling an online consultation or visiting the clinic so I can provide a more detailed explanation and assist you better.

Can I message you on your social media accounts?

No worries! Please send the message here so I can review your records and keep them updated. You can upload laboratories and images here and attach them to your file, which helps keep everything organized for your consultation. This app is here to make that process easy and convenient for you.

Can I book a schedule today?

It is best to book at least one day before your visit, up to two weeks in advance. We encourage scheduling in advance as we discourage walk-in patients. Please understand that scheduled patients will be served first, while walk-in patients will be served last.
